| New Role for Legendary Service Executive | |||
Starting December 1st Ed assumed the title of Vice President of Technical Development. The change is in recognition of Ed’s many contributions to the company’s success since its inception and it will allow Ed to channel his considerable energy and knowledge in very specific areas. In his new role, Ed will be focused on development of our services business, as well as helping us establish and grow our new repair center in Maine and training NSI personnel (both customer service and technical). Bottom line, Ed will be busier than ever doing what he has always done – working hard, serving our clients and making NSI what it is today the best technology service company around.
