Phone Support
NSI offers phone support as needed M-F 9am-5pm. Customers with Silver, Gold or Platinum TotalCare service can call 800-554-5352 for Dispatch and speak to support personnel. |

Asset Secure
NSI will do an initial discovery of all hardware assets in the environment (inventory of how many P4's, Windows OS, Serial #'s), then continue to monitor the network for any changes in inventory (add a pc, upgraded RAM, etc.) |

Quarterly Onsite Reviews
Every four months, a member from the NSI TotalCare team will visit with the customer and review the activity of the managed device over the prior 4 months. |

Software Secure
NSI will do an initial discovery of all software running in the environment, and then will perform an audit to discover software license compliance, usage, etc. |

Patch Secure
NSI will handle all Windows patching needed on any device remotely to keep them up to date. |

9/5 Remote Support and Resolution
As needed, NSI will provide remote support to any device under a managed service contract and potentially fix issues without the need to send a technician on site. |

Virus Secure
NSI will ensure pc's are current with latest virus definitions and running valid antivirus software. |

Online Backup
NSI will perform backups of pc's and store the data in a remote location. |

Onsite Support
Based on what level of service (Silver Gold Platinum) we will provide, free of charge, onsite visits should a major event occur that could not be prevented. |
